Mr. Bustos has more than 10 years of experience in tax planning and tax advisory services, providing assistance to companies and investors in different business areas. He has been lecturer and professor in different courses of the specialty, both at the graduate and post-graduate level. Currently, he is Professor of Tax Law at the graduate level, at the Law School of Universidad Finis Terrae, and Professor of Tax Planning at the post-graduate level, as part of the “Magíster en Derecho de la Empresa” at Universidad del Desarrollo, Concepción.

Certified Public Accountant and Auditor by Universidad de Santiago de Chile, Diploma in Tax Planning by the same university. Mr. Piña has more than 10 years of experience in tax assistance and tax compliance services. Formerly, he has worked in several international companies as the head of the tax department. Currently, Mr. Piña is also a candidate to the Juris Doctor degree.

She handles procedures before the IRS, the Commercial Registry, and Tax Courts, in addition to collaborating on legal implementation.

A graduate of the Adolfo Ibáñez University School of Law, I am currently pursuing my law degree. I have almost two years of experience as a solicitor, providing support in litigation, legal advice, and corporate and tax management. My work focuses on the processing of cases, drafting documents, and assisting in legal matters, both judicial and corporate, as well as tax matters, contributing to regulatory compliance and protecting our clients’ interests.
